- Fill the formLog in and enter personal details, Class 10 and 12 marks, degree marks and any work experience.
- Choose programmes and citiesPick the IIM programmes you want and your preferred test cities.
- Upload filesUpload your photo, signature and, if you claim it, your category or PwBD certificate.
- Pay the feePay online once. The form counts as submitted only after payment. One fee covers all IIM programmes you select.
- Save the confirmationDownload and keep the confirmation page. Watch for the correction window and the admit card date.

Mistakes to avoid
- Entering marks wrongly or converting CGPA to percentage by guesswork. Use your university's conversion rule; IIMs check this at admission.
- Uploading a blurred photo, a group crop or a photo with the signature dimensions.
- Leaving payment to the last day, when the site is slow.
- Not noting the one-time correction window. After it closes, test city and centre cannot be changed.
- Forgetting to select programmes of IIMs you want calls from.
The fee is paid once, does not depend on how many programmes you select, and is not refundable. CAT 2025 fee was Rs 2,600 (General).
