Answer: (C) Bombay

The AICC passed the Quit India resolution at Gowalia Tank Maidan, Bombay, on 8 August 1942, where Gandhi gave the call 'Do or Die'. The Wardha meeting in July 1942 only approved the proposal, Lahore is where the Purna Swaraj resolution was passed in 1929, and Allahabad hosted other later sessions.
