Answer: (A) (10001)2(10001)_2

(1011)2=11(1011)_2=11 and (110)2=6(110)_2=6, and 11+6=17=16+1=(10001)211+6=17=16+1=(10001)_2. Adding column-wise with carries gives the same result. The option (1111)2(1111)_2 is 15, which results from forgetting one carry.
