Answer: (B) 66

The letters in alphabetical order are A, D, N. The six arrangements are ADN, AND, DAN, DNA, NAD, NDA. NDA is the last one, hence its rank is 66. A rank formula gives the same: words starting with A or D account for 2!+2!=42!+2!=4, then NAD is the fifth, and NDA the sixth.
