South American countries is landlocked?

Bolivia has no coastline since it lost its Pacific coast to Chile in the War of the Pacific in the nineteenth century. Peru, Chile and Ecuador all lie on the Pacific coast. Paraguay is the other landlocked country on the continent, but it is not among the options.
